Eden had finished checking in on her contacts. She always hoped no one knew who she was, she loved the Tigers, they treated her like she was important. If her mother was around, or father, you would never hear the end of it. She decided to go out for a walk, her hands in her black jean pants. The wind blowing her hair against her cheek. She began to hum, having a boring day. Was tiring. Which sounds stupid, when she says it out loud. Shrugging she just kept going. She was heading over to the Park. Eden was always content, away from the fighting. Sometimes it got dull.
Now however everything seemed fine, sitting on a bench. Her eyes seeing all the people there. Women, men and children. All happy or busy, she looked down and closed her eyes. It made her miss her parents, she tried not to think about them. She misses them so much, she sometimes waits to see if they come home. Silly she knew, maybe all of this was an act. How? She had no idea what so ever. She felt a tear on her cheeks. But she brushed off the tear, cleared her throat and kept watch, for anything suspicious.

Ava was slowly walking down the path at the park, a small cloud of breath in front her. Only a sign of the winter approaching faster and faster each day, only a sign of another anniversary. The anniversary of Ava's parents' deaths. She just was blank, except for the small glaze on her eyes and the building tears that hung over her lower eye lid. She wondered what her parents would have thought of her or how they would have been if they were still alive. She knew they had loved each other to the point of death and they held to that as long as they had been around. But they were gone and every Christmas that came and past was something she would never enjoy. There was nothing, no one waiting for her, no one to spend it with.
A tear slowly slid down her chocolate skin, dropping from her chin down onto the sidewalk. She had stopped then and there, feeling her breaking point nearing and there might be no end to it this time. She had always buried these feelings deep down where no one would ever have to know her pain, her one weakness. She sighed and felt eyes on her and looked over at a familiar face, Eden from the tigers. She felt tears only build and made an attempt to a weak smile. Nothing in this world came close to comforting the loneliness, except the Tigers. They were her own little family, brothers and sisters, a mom and a dad. They all represented something different, all had different important roles in her life.

Eden looked up and saw Ava, she smiled some and moved so she could sit down. But she noticed something, she was upset. She bit her lip wondering if she should say anything, she tilted her head to the side, wondering. She cleared her throat a little bit, and when she got closer she knew something was off. She had been crying, she stood up and walked over to her, only a foot away. And wrapped her arms around her.
"Ava..What's wrong?" She said in a kind tone
She made room on the bench for her to sit down, Eden looked into her eyes, so sad. So lonely.

As soon as Eden wrapped her arms around her body, she felt herself break even more. "I can't stop thinking about them." She muttered, being a bit vague hoping that Eden would pick up on the fact that she was thinking about her parents. Ava hugged her back tightly, not wanting to ever let go as though she was holding on for dear life itself. She felt like dieing right now and not even trying in this life anymore, just not being a part of this.
As soon as she pulled back, she wiped her tears away and sat next to Eden. "What's going on with you?" She asked wanting to be there for Eden too because right now she knew they were both aching with pain. Probably very different types of pain, but pain nonetheless.
