Rose was done for the day, she had gotten a lot of stuff done today, she had chopped a couple of cars as ordered and she worked a bit on her bike. But now it was time for play and she needed a drink. Throwing on some tight jeans and a black tank, she pulled on her boots and slipped her riding jacket on and left her home. It wasn’t a great home but it did her just fine. She jumped on her black Honda CBR 1000 fire blade and kick her over. The roar of the engine made her smirk. Pushing her forward she cared nothing for the speed limit. It didn’t take her long to get to her destination, her bike was really fast. Pulling up in front of the Pour Judgement and got off her bike and removed her jacket. She walked over to the door and handed the bouncer her jacket. She told him to keep an eye on her bike.
She walked in and went straight over to the bar and sat down. She ordered a beer and sighed, her whole body was aching and she didn’t feel it until just now when she started to relax. The bar man brought over her beer and flipped her a smile, she cocked an eyebrow at him and drank her beer. She didn’t want any drama’s tonight she was just to drink her beer and get drunk and pass out somewhere. Words: 244 Notes: None Tag: -

Akai was sitting on his bed at him, his fingers running through his hair as he smiled about Kailey and how much fun they had at the bar. He wanted to go somewhere else though, even if it wasn't his bar. He slipped over to his closet and pulled out jeans and a black t shirt, slipping into them smoothly. He went out the door and was on the way to Pour Judgment, the cold air hitting his skin even through his car and through his clothes. He shuddered before blasting the heat in his car. He wondered if he would run into anyone familiar at this bar, but he hoped it would be kind of a peaceful night because he kind of had a headache.
He got there with in a few moments, walking into the bar. He noticed her right away, the rider from the snakes, Rose. She was beautiful, no one could deny that and she worked with cars which made her ten times more attractive to most men. He headed over to her side, "Well, seems a pretty little thing is all by herself." He gave her a charming smile as he came to sit next to her. "Hey Rose." He looked at her before looking at the bartender, "What she has." He asked and wondered why she would be all alone like this.

The music in the club was loud and th people around her trying to have a conversation but all they were doing was yelling at each other over the music was just as annoying, more so even. She closed her eyes for a moment and sighed. Maybe she should just grab a couple of beers to go and drink them at home. She was already drinking on her ow what was the difference if she was doing it at home on her own. She could invite Sam around and they could drink together but then again thinking back to the last time they drank together alone they ended up sleeping together and it wasn’t a very fun morning. It was awkward. Rose liked Sam but she never thought she would sleep with her or anything. Once was enough she wasn’t about to go at it a second time.
She opened her eyes when she heard a familiar voice behind her and smiled and turned around to see the familiar face that went with the familair voice. “Hey Akai” she said drinking some more of her beer, which was now warm. She wanted to spilt out the liquid but didn’t she swallowed it reluctantly. He ordered his drink the same as her, she turned to the bar man and said quickly before he ran away. “Make it two” he nodded to her and went to fletch thier drinks. She turned back to Akai and pushed the bar stool next to her with her foot, indicating for him to sit with her. She didn’t feel like such a loser anymore now that he was there with her. Rose and Akai went way back, it was he who decided that she was worthy enough to be a snake.
“Its been a long time, was starting to think you’d forgotten about me” she said taking the beers of the bar man and handing one to Akai. “You never come and visit the shop anymore” she said sipping the cold beer and placing it down on the counter.

Akai remembered when he had stuck up for her, put in a good word. She was in a predicament, being a woman and a rider. It was one of the positions where women just were not thought of being particularly skilled, kind of like being President except with cars. But he believed she had potential, he actually found her to live to that. Although, he did like her, more so, but he was not sure if he should take that road. He didn't know her that well, even though she had been one of the people he was closest with in the gang. But he hoped to just kind of leave it as friends in the fear that something major could happen between them that would pull them apart forever. But he was doing that now anyways, wasn't he?
He smirked at her words and shook his head, suddenly feeling ironically guilty. "Well, business is crazy. But I'm sorry I never come visit." He said softly, and honestly. Something was different around her, like he felt naked in a sense. He wasn't this guy who had it all, he was a guy with feelings and so many words that were unwritten. It was something about her that made him just completely different and he wondered if she was the same. It was the two children who grew up as best friends and had these small wondering moments about each other, but more often than not it doesn't work out. At least, that what Akai thought. "And..I found a girl." He smiled, moving away from his thoughts, trying to catch up with Rose.
His teeth were showing as he picked up his newly arrived bear and just took a long gulp. He didn't even linger on the fact that if she did like him, it might hurt her on the inside. He was so blinded by Kailey's and his first moment on the dance floor, that all he could see was her.

Rose smiled as he spoke and apologised for not coming to visit her anymore. She knew that he was a busy man and he had many things to get done, she just missed him is all. He was her friend, her best friend. Rose didn’t have very many friends; she just found it easier to do her job without having to get caught up in all the crap and drama’s that came with having friendships. Akai and Sam were her only friends, well her real friends anyway. She thought about Sam again and repeated the would friends in her head again, just because they had gotten drunk one time and did some stuff friends usually didn’t do with each other didn’t mean they could still have a normal functioning friendship.
“It’s okay, I was just messin’ with you” she said flashing him her trademark Rose smile that she was sure he knew all too well. She drank some more of her beer and placed it down on the table. Rose had once before thought about what it would be like to be just more than friends with Akai but the thought didn’t linger to long in her mind, he was like an older brother to her and she couldn’t ever see herself being in a relationship with him. It would be just weird. She hoped that he felt the same way she did about that. She wouldn’t want to break him heart and have him never talk to her again, she would just die. What he said next came as a relief she felt as though the wonder was gone.
“It’s about time, I was beginning to think you were taking the vow of celibacy, or worse... coming out of the closet” she said smirking struggling to keep her giggles contained. She drank the rest of her beer and slid the empty bottle across the counter top, purposely making as much noise as she possibly could so the barman would know she wanted another. She turned on her stool to look at Akai, and she saw that he was really serious about meeting a girl, she had never seen him so smitten before. “So what’s she like? Do I know her? Is she pretty?” she asked all at once, here came the protective little sister in her. She had to give her stamp of approval on this girl, she had to be good enough for her “big brother”.

Akai shook his head at her teasing and gently bumped her with his shoulder, “Shush you…you know why I’ve not dated…simply because every girl that shows interest is a slut or a bitch.” He reexplained to her like he always had, well not always. “Um..ironically enough you do. It’s Kailey.” He said with a smile as he looked up at her. “And she is pretty and fun. She dances.” He said with a emphasis on the dances part because Sam knew that he liked to dance. Again, it was an instant turn on for him that Kailey could dance and he smirked.
“I’ve got it bad for her, Sam.” He brushed his fingers through his spiky hair as he finished his bear in a few gulps, the bartender bringing him back another. “You aren’t going to be all….weird now, are you? Like…nevermind.” He said laughing as he remembered how she asked those questions. His fingers ran along the edge of his beer at the rim. His smile slowly faded as he fell into a moment of daydreaming. But he soon snapped out of it at the thud of a new song’s beat. He blushed and shook his head.
“So why don’t you have anyone, chica?” He asked her, riddling his Spanish to her as he looked at her. She was so pretty, that at one point he would have dated her, but right now she was his little sister. They both were in the positions to have a significant other, and they both seemed to use their heads when it came to relationships so that’s probably why they weren’t taken yet.

She knew what he meant about sluts and Bitches. Rose was a bitch but not a slut, that was Sam’s job. There were so many girls out there that just want to fuck and run, no commintment no love, nothing. She smirked at the bar man as he brought her another beer. Rose wasn’t looking at Akai but she was listening to him as he started to answer her many questions. Her jaw hit the counter top when he told her who he was seeing. She swung around on her chair her eyes wide and bright, he went on to say that she was pretty and that she could dance.“Oh i know she is and yes i have seen her move” she said punching him in the arm. “Jesus, i would have never have seen you two together” she said taking another gulp of her beer. Rose smiled as he told her he had it bad for her, she knew he wasn’t lying about that she could tell just by the way his eyes glazed over and the tone in his voice.
She frowned slightly at his next words, at first she didn’t quite understand what he meant but it didn’t take long for the light bulb to flick on over her head. “Akai, you know i wouldn’t be weird, your like my brother” she said taking another mouthful of her beer. She was starting to feel a little tipsy. “I know Kailey she is a nice girl, and i know you will treat her right and she to you, i couldn’t be more happier for you” she said turning to look at him again. She was truely happy for him and wished him all the best. Then the thing he asked her next made her frown. “Well you know why” she said the smile fading. She lifted her shirt to reveal her stomach, it was covered in scars. Not so long ago, Rose was in a relationship with someone, it was stupid on her part because she didn’t who he was. He was a tiger undercover and when she found out who he really was he tried to kill her. She lifted her shirt again and drank the rest of her beer. She was starting to feel emotional she needed a distraction.

Akai laughed at her reaction to who the person was and smirked. "Yeah, she's talented and sexy." He said the words then realized how awkward that came out, but he had kind of been in a daydream when he said it. "Yeah, I don't think I would have either, it's just she has a different look to her I think. I don't know." He said not really guarding what he was saying because he was with Rose who seemed like practically family. He became rather comfortable with her ever since she joined and she was the only one he really trusted from the Snakes. He was glad that she was not going to be weird about this whole knew having a girlfriend status. He wondered about her, it's just one of those things that is a weird idea that pops into your head one day. And you just pause for a second and then wave it away.
Then he suddenly felt guilty of why he asked about her not having a boyfriend as he gazed at the scars. But he knew he should say something, or at least mention it. "Hun you know all guys aren't like that. Besides, anyone who messes with you ought to watch their back." He said with a serious and threatening expression. He didn't know if he could control himself is his little sister was raped or beaten.

It was as common mistake, alot of people forgot about what had happened to her. She didn’t blame them for forgetting she didn’t talk about it much. She didn’t feel it was necessary to make it conversation starter. She smiled to Akai when he told her not all men were pricks and she did know that but it was just bringing herself to trust someone again was the hardest part. Rose wanted nothing more then to have a decent, caring, loving guy how would never hurt her. But she didn’t know how many guys she would have to go through before she found that guy. She took a massive gulp of her beer and requested another one. She smiled to herself as he said that if anyone was to hurt her then they would have to watch thier backs. Akai made her feel safe even if they didn’t see each other very often she knew that he would always care about her and look out for her.
She was starting to feel a little more then tipsy now and she needed to get up and do something, if she didn’t she was going to be sick all over the bar. “I want to dance” she said sculling down the rest of her beer and slamming it down on the counter, she turned back to Akai again. “Dance with me?” she asked, she couldn’t really dance that well but she could crank it old school and have fun. She might not be a talented dancer like Kailey but she wasn’t here to impress anyone, she was here just to have fun.

www.polyvore.com/ha/set?id=25243532Her fingers stroked the harsh coiled metal, rubbing it as a squeaking noise was produced from her actions, her back pressed against the firmness of the couch, and the weight settled nicely in her middle while her arms and fingers moved producing chords that rang out in the room, Kailey was frowning, "Whoa whats got your panties in a bunch?" she could hear someone ask her, her hand rose and flipped off the speaker, "Not now Creak," he came over and moved her legs from where they'd been on the arm of another chair she was streched out. He took one look at her guitar and figured it out, "Writers block?" he said smuggly. She rolled her eyes, "Fuck off," but he didn't because he never did. He was creek this was his part to play, he grabbed her guitar put it on the stand and took her hand pulling her up. "Were going to the bar." No fighting she nodded her head and followed him, a break. She walked into the bar, his arm around her wasit, until her eyes caught that of Akai's body, she swallowed and pulled away from Creak, Akai was here with another woman, she noticed and her stomach fell farther then she knew possible. Bitting her lower lip, she thought about staying there for a moment waiting for him to notice her, but that didn't seem like it was going to happen with Rose sitting there across from him. Her stomach flipped, and she acted carrying herself over to them, she smirked, "Can I get one, sex on the beach," she ordered as she came between them. The bartender nodded and turned around, as she found her way to a seat, on Akai's lap. "Do you mind all the other seats are taken and you looked so comfy." she said looking at Akai for a second smiling, she knew how to make an entrance for sure.

Akai was about to accept her invitation to dance, even though they were both a little tipsy but it would certainly have made for a fun time. “Su—“ He barely got out when Kailey interrupted them, walking in between them and sitting on his lap as he jumped. He laughed as his eyebrows furrowed at her. He found what she did to be rude, but at the same time he liked having her in his lap like this and he just wrapped his arms around her middle, coming to rest his head on her shoulder and kissing her cheek gently. “You are always welcome to sit on my lap.” He smirked as he whispered and looked at Rose, mouthing sorry. “I believe introductions are in order since all my favorite women are here. Kailey, Rose. Rose, Kailey. You guys should know each other, but Rose is my little sister and Rose…” He squeezed her around the middle with a grin. “This is my girlfriend.” He said so happy to have both of them here, although he would owe Rose a dance before they left.
“And Rose, I will dance with you.” He said, liking this and wondering what was going through Kailey’s head. And suddenly it snapped and he laughed into her skin softly. He would have to talk to her later about this, well, he won’t bring it up, at least not right now. He had a feeling their would be some tension tonight, but for different reasons. Hopefully she got the clue that this was not someone he liked in the same way he liked Kailey. But they were still really early in their relationship, so they were still definitely in the early stages of getting to know each other. Although, he really wanted to talk to Rose right now because they had not seen each other in a while, but he didn’t want to go dancing without explaining the situation that Kailey found them in. “Rose, will you excuse us for a second? I have to talk to Kailey quick.” He asked her and knew she wouldn’t have a problem with it, but he knew he had to talk to Kailey about this. Then he leaned in and whispered to Kailey, “Let’s dance. Please, baby.” He kissed her ear softly.

Her eyes scanned the bar looking around for an opening, but the simple truth was their wasn't one, and she wanted a drink so she was going to take the opening she saw. Besides she knew Rose, she was pretty, but she didn't know if she trusted her with Akai, not that she was sure she had any claim over him. She smiled when his arms were around her, it was nice, and relaxed her without her even knowing why. She rested her head on his and looked at Rose, there was no mistaking the glint in her eyes and her posture, she was wondering if she should be worrying about Rose. She blushed when he said girlfriend just then he brought over her drink and she downed it all in a single sip without flinching. Her hand touched the back of his neck. "Sorry for butting in." she whispered in his ear, blushing she didn't want Rose to hear her. "I could leave if you want..." she said though she really didn't want too.
She bit her lip as he asked her to dance, and called her baby. She blushed harder, but nodded kissing his neck where she'd been leaning, before pulling away and tugging on his hand she looked at Rose. "I'll bring him right back, promise." she smiled at her trying not to smirk she did mean it, but when she looked at Akai and thought about loosing herself in dance with him, she didn't know if she'd bring him back. She pulled him to the floor and came close putting her hands on him. "So am I interuppting something? I only wanted a drink," she said her heart pounding she felt like she was about to be scolded. Her hand caught in the cookie jar.

The interruption came as quickly as the head spin, Rose had to hold onto the side of the bar as she let her eyes focus on the mass over Blonde hair that was right next to her head. The blonde hair ordered a drink. Rose refused the beer that was offered to her by the bar man, the last beer that she had downed had gone straight to her head; she knew she shouldn’t have taken those prescription meds before coming here tonight. The blonde hair belonged to a girl, a girl she knew but had never met. She had planted herself down on Akai’s lap and what she said made her want to laugh. She was funny and it seemed funnier to Rose because of her drunken state. Akai then spoke again talking about introductions, he was also so polite. “So this is the famous Kailey” she said with a friendly smile. “Akai hasn’t shut up about you all night” she said waving the barman over, she felt ready for another beer.
Rose smiled as he told her that he would dance with her, she knew Akai well and tone of his voice told her something different. He was going to dance with her but just not right this second. She understood though, as he would have to explain things to Kailey more thoroughly cause what girlfriend would be understanding about their boyfriend having a beautiful girl as their best friend, not very many. Rose wanted to be friends with Kailey but she got the feeling it wasn’t going to happen anytime soon. Rose smiled a nodded when he asked her if it was okay if she gave then a moment as he needed to explain a few things to Kailey. God she was good. “Sure” she said ordering another beer. He then asked her to dance with him, Rose grew a little excited she was going to finally see how good a dancer Kailey was. Kailey looked at Rose and told her that she would bring him right back, Rose doubted it, but still she gave a smile and a brief nod. She drew her attention back to her beer. She was alone again.

Akai began dancing to the music but kept Kailey close, not upset with her because he understood how she could misconceive this situation. "Well, not in the sense you are using it. But you must understand, love, that I've known Rose before she came into the gang. And I was the one to actually get her in, but we're like brother and sister. Nothing else, I promise you. I'm not that type of guy. Remember that." He whispered in her ear as he pulled her close, his hand on the small of her back. He began dancing with her as he had before with a grin on his face, not quite all out like he did before, but he was just leisurely doing so because he wanted to relax with her and just have fun. "But, I'm glad you are hear." He brought her even closer to steal a kiss from her and he stopped dancing with her in his arms and just kissed her for a long moment. "Besides, how could I ever risk this?" He whispered, obviously showing how bad he had it for her. He really did like her a lot.
He smiled as the song soon ended after their moment and he just stood there for a moment. "Okay, listen, I'm gonna give Rose the dance I promised her. Wait for me. I want to hang out with you after, hun." He said and smiled and led her back to the bar as he redirected his attention to Rose. "Ready?" He laughed and gave her a quirky smile as he offered his hand to her and bowed, "Madam." He said in a funny British accent and laughed. He loved his sister as a sister, nothing more regardless if Kailey thought he did or not.
