She moved around with the music, letting it seep into her skin, she wanted to be washed away in it's beat, in his arms but they were talking she clung close to him listening to him about Rose. Rose was like a sister to him, she thought but looking back at Rose, she was a beautiful girl and she knew all to well how things like that could change, but those thoughts were taken from her as he kissed her. She smiled, "I just don't want to loose my dance partner" she told him, still staying close until they came to the bar and he switched out girls. It was a bitter feeling inside of her when Rose and him walked away. One she filled with another drink from the bartender and by finding Creek who was chatting up some nice young women.
She hoped Akai didn't think she would stay there, she had to much to drink in her for that, with too many shots. She came over and leaned her head on Creeks shoulder, her hand folded in his there fingers came together, "Well there you are poppet. You just ran off and left me. Creek said as she leaned on him and listened to him talk. "Thought you were dancing with some boy. Did he leave you all alone?" Creek asked her changing his attention to her for a moment, his free hand stroked her back she leaned into him more without thinking. She didn't say anything for a moment but looked back at the floor, "He's dancing," she told him, Creeks expression changed for a second and he laid his hand on the small of her back, "Do you want to stand or dance?" he asked her, she smiled Creek was somewhat of her brother, only she'd shagged him plenty of times to know it was more complex than that. He stood with her, and moved so she could catch glimpses of the two of them without looking so much. She smiled her fingers running over his arm without thinking, Creek was her comfort zone, where she was comfortable. Fimiliar. "I don't like sharing Creek," she told him her lips pouting, he was feeding her crackers to sober her up when he laughed, "I know you don't lovely,' his british accent was even thicker when they'd been drinkin.

Rose looked up when he approached her. She smiled at him; he always made her feel happy. He was the closest thing she had to family and she wasn’t going to lose him. He was always going to be her brother from another mother and no one was going to tell her otherwise. She took his hand and pulled him over to the dance floor. The beat of the song pounded in her ears and she quickly glanced around at everyone else on the dance floor and she smirked, she could see that none of them danced like she did and it was a good thing. She was unique. She turned around to face Akai and there was a smile on her face that she was sure he would know. She then started to do the robot; she was very good at the robot. After a few seconds she broke into the sprinkler and then the lawn mower. She wasn’t a very graceful dancer nor did she have heaps of talent but she enjoyed herself every time she danced like this. She didn’t care what people thought about her.
She then grabbed hold of Akai’s hand and started to spin herself around like as if she and he was in engaged in a serious ballroom dance. The only difference was that she was all over the place. After a few spins she stopped and took a breath she started to feel dizzy and it was if the last beer she had just consumed was coming back up. “I’ll be back” she said, she didn’t stick around for his reply she just started to push her way through all the people that were on the dance floor. She made her way to the ladies, walking straight past Kailey. She finally made it into the ladies and lent over a few basin. She ran the water and splashed her face. She felt rotten. Perhaps she should just let herself vomit that way she would feel better and could drink some more. Taking a deep breath and just lent against the basin her eyes closed.

Akai grinned as they began dancing and laughed softly while watching her. He loved the people who did not dance the best, but just did it to have fun. There was nothing like it, but he seemed to be more elegant in his dancing, that was his best style, yet it was kind of quirky. He twirled her and brought her close for a second before she pulled away and said she would be right back and as soon as she took off, he knew she wasn’t feeling well and winced softly feeling bad that after all this they couldn’t finish their dance. They really did love each other, as brother and sister and nothing could change that. If Kailey had a problem with that, he didn’t know if he could keep her as his girlfriend. He would hope they could work things out, but if he was forced to choose, he’d choose his sister. But that didn’t mean that he would like doing that because he liked Kailey so much that it hurt, nothing like ever before. He sighed standing in the dance floor before going towards the bathroom, trying to get through the dancing crowd as he grunted from being bumped into by everyone. Then his eyes fell on Kailey leaning on someone and suddenly everything in him dropped. Was this revenge from her? He stopped for a long moment watching them before approaching them. “Hey, um, who’s this?” He asked, wanting to see if she needed to explain something to him. He looked at the guy, a bit of a serious gaze that meant back off. But he hoped it was something else than it was appearing. He forgot about Rose now, his stomach and muscles all tight as he just stared at the guy who was close to Kailey. He couldn’t help but understand now how she felt, but he would understand if this guy is what Rose was to him.

Their eyes connected and for a moment, with Creek there was magic, there was things that only the two of them knew the true history she had, her family issues, her everything, he knew about the monsters that crawled under her skin and controlled her, they'd both written their secrets in each other, he understood what she wasn't saying and only smiled, held her close before stepping back lifting a cracker to her lips the bar always had them and pretzels to help people sober up. He lifted the cracker to her lips, and she wanted to refuse him, but she was to entangled in him, in the game, the line they both walked it was dangerous but both of them knew it was over so she chewed and swallowed and he pressed on her lips again. "Sober up lovely, no one likes a drunk." he whispered in her ear and fed her once more, she sighed, she was getting her head back, but still the two of them were close, something that didn't change as Akai approached them, she could read in his eyes he didn't like Creek which made her hold his hand harder. "Isn't that the boy who left you all alone?" his whispered in her ear his breath tickling her no doubt it looked wrong when she blushed, but she let go of Creek after a moment.
Her body moved until now she was touching Akai, one hand on his forearm the other stroking his fingers. Creek nodded his head, "I'm no one lad, just wanted her to fun," he winked and she shook her head and moved behind Akai, her head came to rest on his shoulder, she tucked her lips into his neck kissing him once still looking at Creek before pulling her lips away. "Shut up!" she said smiling at him, bitting her lip for a second. "He's my care taker." she explained to him. He was her thread/sharpe and best friend. She let go of Akai and spun till she was inbetween them, "Creek Akai, Akai Creek." she made the introductions. She was obviously comfortable around Creek, she'd been pressed against him, but he looked nothing more then brotherly as he put an arm around her and kissed the top of her head a good head taller then her. "She was just keeping me company, don't worry about it tho lovely, I've got everything I need right here," he lifted up a bottle, she laughed and grabbed Akai's hand, and turned back to him, he nodded and she slipped out of his grasp now only holding onto Akai. Blushing, she just stood there and shrugged her shoulders.

Rose opened her eyes and looked up at herself in the mirror. She knew that she was going to be a problem for Akai and Kailey. She didn’t want that, she just wanted her brother to be happy and she knew that he being with Kailey was going to do that for him. She needed to get out of here; she didn’t want to be a problem. She was drinking, Kailey was drinking and Akai was drinking. Tonight wasn’t the best time to be making introductions. Perhaps another day when they weren’t drinking and not thinking straight might they be able to meet each other properly and work out an understanding. She took a deep breath and turned away from the mirror and walked out of the bathroom and into the mess of drunk and sweaty people. She needed to find Akai and tell him good bye. She scanned the room and found them, Kailey and Akai and another man she didn’t know.
She walked over to Akai and turned him around gently but placing her hand on his arm and giving a little tug. “I’m going to get going, let you guys have a good time tonight” she said to Akai and then turned her gaze to Kailey. “It was very nice to meet you Kailey” she said giving her a sincere smile. “I hope we can meet again under better circumstances another time” she finished looking back to Akai giving him a smile. She then stepped away and walked away towards the exit. The door man had seen her coming and grabbed her jacket and held it out to her. She smiled as she took it giving him a nod slipping it on over her shoulders. She walked over to her bike and fumbled around in her pockets for her keys, she was still a little drunk and her hand eye coordination wasn’t the best in the world.

Akai watched him silently and strong until he was about to leave and he laughed. "Nice to meet you, Creek." He said as he had obviously figured out that he was like her brother. Then he looked down at her after they had left and smiled but was interrupted by Rose. He really wanted to say something but before he could, she just took off and he was caught a little off guard. His eyebrows furrowed as he sighed wishing she hadn't left. He looked down at Kailey and laughed, "Uhhh...I think we are in the same boat. How is it that our siblings just tend to slip away?" He smirked. "Mmm, but now I have you." He smirked and pulled her close in his arms. He leaned down and kissed her for a long moment, the music seeming to slide to the background.
He loved being connected with her like this, but he wanted to get away from everyone and just have the silence. He slowly pulled back and leaned down and whispered, "Let's get out of here." He slipped his hand into hers and led her towards the exit, opening the door as cold air rushed upon them. He led them out to his car and opened the door. "Mylady." He gave her a charming smile as he waited for her.

His fingers were cold and cool just like they'd always been, they made her mind spin and whrill sometimes to other times she'd spent with him, until she let go of him with one last look, he didn't have to say it, she'd heard his words enough to know Creek was telling her he'd be there when she needed him, she just smiled and sighed, breathing in all that Akai once they were on the floor, she didn't really notice Rose, only pressed herself into him and held herself there, tied herself to him, to this moment she smiled, "Creek won't leave, I always know where to find him" he was her caretaker better then a friend he came without judgement and without the ability to leave her, she loved it, he was her sanity most of the time, kissing Akai his lips on hers once more, that was where she wanted to be right now tho, not tied up with sanity and thoughts just movement and him. She followed him blindly she knew Creek would see them leave or someone would tell him their relationship didn't need words, she smiled at the cold air that woke up her senses, if she'd been alone she might have laughed at the rush of cold, instead she smirked and slid into the car.
"Mama always taught me not to get in strangers cars," she said, she watching him, "But I think I can make an exception," she winked at him, and leaned back in the car she didn't bother with a seat belt, she just wanted to go. Once he was in the car, her fingers found his arm, running up his arm and back down, she leaned over and kissed his neck once before bitting it, if they were going somewhere she wondered how much she could distract him when he drove before he told her to stop. "Wheres my candy?" she whispered in his ear smiling.

Once they sat down, he was about to put the key in the ignition when she started to tease him and his hand lowered as he went completely cold. He heard her comment and question and laughed. “Mmm, wait until we get back to my place and I’ll give you some.” He looked at her and winked as he groaned softly as he looked at her and hovered his lips over hers, a small bit of alcohol on his breath as his hand came to brush along her cheek bone. He sighed and pulled back, putting his seat belt on and just started the engine and took off into the night. He wished that she hadn’t done that because he wanted to take her right then and there. “You have no idea how bad I have it for you, Kailey. No idea…” He whispered with a smile on his lips wondering if he had ever been that happy. After a few minutes they made it to his house, the engine going silent as he got out of his car, waiting for her to come also. “Mmm…so if I’m that much of a stranger, my dear. The question is if you mind coming in?” He gave her a playful grin as he laughed softy and went up to the front door and opened it. “Make your way in.” He gestured inside which entered Into the large kitchen. He was fairly rich so his house seemed a bit big compared to the houses around.

His lips hovered over hers and the world seemed to fall asleep, everything went slow and it was just them. It was just the feeling of him being so close, of his lips being so ready for her to take them. She could feel it all around her, showering down her spine, going farther down then she'd thought possible in a car, the tickling sensation of being near him it was nearly frightening how much she felt for him so quickly it wasn't like her normal hook ups, she didn't know what it was, her fingers ran up his arm just feeling, needing to be near him right now.
"Mom may have taught the lessons, but who ever said I listened," she said more to herself as she left the car and moved up the driveway, she knew how this looked two going into his house after a few drinks, but she didn't care who saw her with the second, she was just happy, she walked in and smiled at the kitchen as she saw it. Her hands found the hem of his pants and started to pull him in next to her once she could she was smiling like someone with a wicked plan, "so wheres my treat?" she asked him her lips hovering just above his, she could feel his breath, and it was intoxicating like playing with fire to push this as far as she could right now, to play with this new toy, this man who had power, maybe he could be her end game. "Or did you just bring me here to have me all to your self?" she asked him.

He growled softly as he was pulled close by her, not resisting whatsoever. He smirked as he listened to her questions. “Well, I think we might have both. But it’s really up to you darling.” He murmured, knowing what she wanted, but didn’t really let her respond kind of in the sense of a rhetorical question. He leaned in and kissed her, slowly at first, but then passionately, pulling her close. “So…what would you like to do? Get your treat or relax with me?” He asked because in the back of his brain he knew he needed to make sure she wanted this as much as he did. He knew if this went the wrong way, it could screw them up. He watched her for a long moment, gently kissing her before trailing the kisses down on her neck. He knew that he wanted this, forever. He hoped that nothing would get in between them ever, he hoped they would both never let that happen.

Men were toys, they were nothing more, nothing less to Kailey. That was how she lived, she lived believing that love was for suckers because she'd never been able to find it in just one man. Wanting, yes, lust, of course, but love and affection, it was a pipe dream spun from too many fairytales as children. She lived her whole life thinking that, but now...here in his arms, pulling him close having him close, it wasn't just lust that was driving her under her skin, his kisses made her heart skip a beat. It made her heart thunder, and she couldn't explain it in her stomach, it was frightening though, thats what she knew. She kissed him back, and closed her eyes when he kissed her neck, but the feeling in her stomach, she couldn't shake it she needed to stop this, it was to much for her. "Akai she'd meant to say it, but it came out more whisper and moan then talking.
Her hands came to his chest, she pulled away from him just a fraction of a step, something in her scared, telling her to run. "I have to go." she said quickly, bowing her head and running out the door before anything else could be said. She couldn't do this, so she ran, she ran far and she ran fast. Her phone opened, and before she knew what she was doing Creek was there with the car, she was crying and gone, curled in the back of Creaks car while he took them away. She didn't have to say anything to him, he just patted her head and whispered to her. "Welcome to being in love duckie." she shook her head, she felt like one of those pictures she'd seen so long ago and thought was stupid, dear heart today I meet a boy prepare to shatter. She was about to break apart in love or run away and stay solid, she couldn't break so she ran.

Everything was going great and he smiled against her lips as she kissed him back, wondering how he found this amazing woman in his life. He remembered that moment so clearly and he would never forget it. He didn’t know how to even begin to describe the emotions for her. He even loved her, after only knowing her for a few weeks, he loved her and he couldn’t hide that fact, not now, not ever. Then when she whispered he was still kissing her neck, but something made him slow as though something was about to go wrong. And before he could even do anything, she took off. He stood there for a good few minutes out of shock, wondering what he did and just stared at the wall. He was all tight and wasn’t really breathing, but he just kept running it through his head, asking what he did wrong. He began crying as he punched the wall, starting to get even more upset with himself. He knew this had gone too fast, that he’d push things tonight, but he didn’t stop. He kept blaming himself, and slid to the ground against his counter, staring at the open door that let the cold air in. He didn’t know what mattered, but he knew he screwed everything up. So he stayed there and so he would for the rest of the night.
